Woodman Pub Hotel - London

Little and absolutely great hotel, I greatly enjoyed it. The location turned out to be peaceful. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Jimmy's Egg Restaurant that is only 10 minutes' walk away. The food they offered was lovely, had variety of meals.

Definitely, there was parking space missing.

Brilliant place for 3 nights. New-fashioned rooms with great amenities and affable staff. Perfect, marvellous location in London, just off the pub and the centre of Wimbledon.

Beds were uncomfortable.

overall i enjoyed that little hotel. the staff and people generally were amiable. the venue had a convenient location minutes from wimbledon tennis. there was a wide array of bakeries and bistro to choose from.

The bed was cheap.

Rooms suffer from significant noise issues. Vibrations from traffic and nearby trains can rattle you awake any time. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired, especially lingering stains on carpets and inadequate bathroom fixtures, which could use a good sprucing up. Expect limited amenities-no extra chairs or heating in some rooms, and you'll find a lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Recommend for a weekend trip

Friendly staff, who provided a much-appreciated welcome drink when we arrived very late due to a train cancellation. Plus, the hotel's close proximity to the airport was a huge convenience for us travelling with teenagers.

Everything was perfect.

As a solo traveler, I had a comfortable night here. The bed was cozy and oversized, perfect for winding down after a day out. Just a heads up, the WiFi needs fixing, and don't forget to bring your own towels! Explore nearby dining options for great food.

I loved my stay and really appreciated the spacious king room and the perfect shower-it was just as nice as the pictures! Relaxing in their garden area and enjoying some live music added to the experience. Just remember, accessing the place when it's closed can be a bit tricky, but it's not a big deal.

We had a fun 3 nights here! The rooms were spacious and super comfy. They're above a chill pub where we scored 30% off food and drinks. The vibe in the pub was nice, and it was quiet at night. Just a bit of an awkward walk to the subway, but it's only 4 mins away. Perfect for exploring!

Woodman pub is fantastic! The staff are friendly, helpful, and hilarious. My king room was super spacious and exactly like the pictures. The shower was perfect, and i was thrilled with the 30% off food and drink. The food was really nice too.
